  •   Invoice fees and charges and collect levies related to the Owners Corporation

  •   Provide DEFT facilities (Direct Electronic Funds Transfer)
  •   Recover arrears
  •   Prepare and lodge quarterly business activity statements and annual tax returns (where applicable)
  •   Budget forecast
  •   Prepare and present full financial records to members at relevant meetings
