Our role as Owners Corporation Manager includes:
- Sample budgets for inclusion in contact of Sale
- Conducting initial general meetings, annual general meetings, special general meetings and committee meetings
- Maintenance and repairs of common property in accordance with the Owners Corporation instructions
- Obtaining quotations for works to the common property
- Communication management for all owner’s corporation correspondence
- Preparation and distribution of circulars and member surveys
- Closely monitoring all financial aspects
- Lodgement and documentation of all insurance claims
- Implementation and enforcement of all common property rules
- Preparation of Owners Corporation Certificates
- Document management for all records relating to correspondence, asset register, strata plan and rules and regulations
- Preparation of Owners Corporation Certificates

- Negotiation, assignment and renewal of insurance policies
